Ownership includes a guaranteed 8 weeks annually at this magnificent beach property as well as unlimited use at other times on a space
available basis in accordance with our reservation system. Ownership also conveys optional exchange privileges to premier properties
around the world.
An owner may own one or more 1/6 interests in the property. Initially, each owner will participate in a 4 round lottery and select two
weeks in each round. Subsequent to the lottery, owners may trade weeks. Owners may opt to place some of their weeks in the rental program
with the proceeds accruing to their account. Weeks not reserved for use by the owners may be rented or reserved for maintenance.
Each owner will be a member of the owner.s association for their property. Each property will be managed and maintained through the owner's
association. Prior to purchase, each prospective owner will be furnished with a complete set of owner.s association documents. Initial amenities
included with the ownership include an owner vehicle, annual ferry pass, 4-6 passenger club car, owner storage, 6 person spa, fire pit table with
seating for four and stainless steel outdoor kitchen with granite countertop. Ongoing amenities, furnishings and décor will be determined by the
owner's association.
