Tranquility House became available for occupancy March 1, 2009. Currently, we have two owners. When commitments are received for 4 fractional shares, purchase contracts will close. Until that time, buyers may obtain all the privileges of ownership for a $100,000 deposit. Until 4 fractional contracts are taken, the developers reserve the right to sell the property as a single-family residence and refund deposits.
