Island Oceanfront Properties, LLC develops upscale fractional and full-interest properties at unique lifestyle locations in Southwest Florida. The principals of Island Oceanfront Properties, David Andrews and John Gibson, each have over twenty years experience in real estate development and management projects in Missouri, Florida, Texas, Arizona and the Virgin Islands.

Each of our properties is managed by AE Properties, the management division of Andrews Enterprises, LLC. AE Properties maintains each property, administers the Home Owners Association and manages the rental program for each property. The principals and staff of Andrews Enterprises, LLC have over 60 years of property management experience.
